There once was a war between the Romans and the Etruscans. The great Etruscans had come with great troops to the fields of the Romans and were attacking Rome. Both the Romans and the Etruscans fought bravely, but the Romans were overcome by the Etruscans. The exhausted Romans were withdrawing (migrating) from the fields to the town. The inhabitants of Rome were extremely frightened, because they werein great danger. Between the town and the Etruscan troops Etruscans isthe river Tiber. If the Etruscans [will] cross the river, the Romans will be overcome and Rome will be destroyed.
